TOOQUV Cycling proudly ships to customers in many countries and regions worldwide.
Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations and carrier restrictions. Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout.
Order Processing
Once your payment has been successfully received, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Every order undergoes a quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

For eligible destinations, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, where applicable import duties and taxes are included in the shipping service.
The most suitable shipping carrier will be selected automatically based on your destination.

Duties & Taxes
Some countries may charge import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), customs clearance fees, or other local taxes.
For destinations where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping is available, these charges are included in your order, and no additional customs payment will be required upon delivery.
For destinations where DDP service is not available, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in accordance with local regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to you.

TOOQUV Cycling is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address may be the responsibility of the customer.
