When does my order ship?
Most orders dispatch within 72 hours after quality inspection. Tracking is emailed when your package leaves our warehouse in China.
Do you ship to the EU with DDP?
DDP shipping is available for eligible European destinations. Import duties, VAT and applicable customs clearance costs are included in the shipping cost where DDP applies.
Are products brand new?
Yes. We only sell brand-new units shipped from our China warehouse.
How do I choose rim vs disc?
Select the variant that matches your frame mounts. Disc SKUs are for disc brake builds; rim SKUs are for caliper brake builds.
