Worldwide Shipping
TOOQUV Cycling ships to customers in many countries and regions worldwide. Shipping availability may vary because of local regulations and carrier restrictions.
Order Processing
After payment is successfully received, orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours, excluding public holidays. Every order undergoes a quality inspection before shipment.
Shipping Methods and Charges
We work with trackable international logistics providers. The carrier is selected based on your destination and the available service.
Product prices exclude shipping. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout, where you can review your order total before payment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most destinations receive orders within an estimated 10–15 business days after dispatch. This transit estimate does not include order processing time.
Delivery times vary by destination. Customs inspections, public holidays and local carrier conditions may cause delays.
Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are included for these destinations: United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Malaysia, Singapore, Israel, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Hong Kong and Macao.
For these destinations, the checkout total includes the applicable shipping charge and covered import duties and taxes. No additional import payment is required on delivery.
Brazil and other destinations not listed: Please contact us before ordering to confirm shipping and tax coverage. Standard checkout remains available; a shipping charge alone does not confirm that import duties and taxes are included. Where applicable, import charges may be payable by the recipient unless we have explicitly agreed duty-inclusive delivery.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, we will send a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information. You may also use our Track Your Order page.
Shipping Address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and email address at checkout. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Delivery Delays
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If an order is materially delayed, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and provide the remedies required by applicable law.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact kevinzhang@tooquv.com with your order number and tracking number. For damage, please include photos of the parcel, shipping label and affected product, and keep the packaging. We will review the issue and assist with a carrier investigation.
